It has been created by NT Travel - Tailor made Holidays NT Travel specialises in tailor-made tours to China and Brazil. We are affiliated to Lazy Vacation Limited www.lazyvacation.co.uk who sell domestic and worldwide flights and arrange tours to other parts of Asia. Neville Kendall runs the UK office and Huo Tian Lei runs the China offices (in Beijing and Harbin). Neville, aged 37, has worked in the travel industry since he graduated from Northumbria University in 1993. As well as running this business he also lectures in travel and tourism at a London university. Originally from Northumberland he has lived in Lyon (France), Cologne (Germany), Glasgow (Scotland) and for the last seven years in London. Neville travelled extensively throughout China when the company was setting up in 2005 and 2006. Huo Tian Lei oversees NT Travel's operations in ChinaTian Lei, aged 30, comes from Harbin, North East China. He studied hotel and tourism management in Singapore, Switzerlannd and the UK. He has six years experience working in operational roles in hotels and restaurants in Switzerland and the UK. Tian Lei manages our suppliers in China and negotiates with new suppliers. He has an excellent understanding of UK and the US clients' expectations. He may also act as your guide for your tailor-made tour. Neville travelled extensively throughout China when the company was setting up in 2005 and 2006. 
Tian Lei, aged 32, comes from Harbin, North East China. He studied hotel and tourism management in Singapore, Switzerland and the UK. He has six years experience working in operational roles in hotels and restaurants in Switzerland and the UK. Tian Lei runs ZS Vacation in Beijing, a franchisee of a major Beijing travel agency called BYTS. The shop in West Central Beijing sells to Chinese domestic tourists. Tian Lei also creates itineraries for Western tourists in China, manages our suppliers and negotiates with new suppliers. He has an excellent understanding of UK and the US clients' expectations. He may also act as your guide during your tailor-made tour.
